See who is online in your community
coapp shows an online indicator on member profiles and member cards when a member is currently active in the community. This can help you decide whom to message or invite into an ongoing conversation.
Find online members
- Open Community in the main navigation.
- Open the sorting menu above the member list.
- Select Last activity.
Online members are prioritized at the top of this view and show an online indicator on their profile image. Members who are not currently online remain below them, ordered by recent activity.
The indicator reflects current activity and can change as a member opens or leaves the community. It does not show a permanent availability status or guarantee that the person can respond immediately.
Start a conversation
Select the member to open their profile, or select Message on a member card when that action is available. Respect the community's communication norms and use a clear subject or introduction when you contact someone for the first time.
