Choose, manage, or cancel your coapp plan
coapp Free is a forever-free plan for starting and testing coapp without financial risk. When your community needs a paid plan, you can request a 14-day trial from the coapp sales team.
For the current plan limits, included features, and platform fees, see the coapp pricing overview. If you do not have a community yet, you can create one and start with coapp Free.
Compare plan limits and selected features
The coapp plan belongs to the community's coapp account. It is separate from the membership plans that members can buy inside a community.
The following limits and minimum plans apply to the current public coapp plans:
| Capability | Free | Starter | Professional | Business |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Members | 50 | 100 | 500 | 1,000 |
| Administrators | 1 | 1 | 3 | 5 |
| Channels | 3 | 5 | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Profile fields | 3 | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited |

| Configure who can create events, pages, and feed posts | Not included | Not included | Included | Included |
| NUKI Keypad integration | Not included | Not included | Not included | Included |
Advanced booking options include booking credits, booking upgrades, special opening hours, linked resources, customizable follow-up emails, and individual booking conditions. The Business plan also offers the white-label mobile app as a separately priced service.
Permission management is available from Professional. It lets admins allow only admins, all members, or members with selected membership plans to create events, create pages, or post in the feed. See Choose who can create content. If your plan does not include this setting, interacting with it opens an upgrade prompt.
For examples of how to use the API with websites, CRMs, spreadsheets, and workflow tools, see Get started with the coapp API.
Plans and commercial terms can change. Use the current pricing overview as the source for prices, platform fees, storage, support options, and the complete feature comparison. If coapp shows an upgrade prompt instead of a setting or action, the capability is not included in the community's current plan.
The billing manager manages the coapp subscription, invoices, and payment credentials. Other administrators may see account information, but the account area identifies the billing manager when they cannot manage the subscription themselves.
Request a paid-plan trial
Contact the coapp sales team to request a 14-day trial of a paid plan:
- Email sales@coapp.io; or
- use the customer-support chat in the coapp web app.
Include the community name and the plan or capabilities you want to evaluate so the team can help you choose the appropriate trial.
Manage your subscription and billing
In the web app, open Manage and select Account. The account area shows the current subscription information and offers the available management actions. The billing manager can select Manage Subscription to open the subscription-management flow, download available invoices, and configure payment credentials.
Use this area to review your plan and billing status. If an action you need is not available, contact the billing manager, the coapp sales team, or customer support.
Download the terms and data processing addendum
Administrators can download coapp's Terms and Conditions and Data Processing Addendum (DPA), including the appendix on technical and organizational measures (TOMs), for the community's contract and data-protection records. You do not need to be the billing manager to access these documents.
- In the web app, open Manage.
- Select Account at the bottom of the admin navigation.
- Find the Agreements card.
- Under Terms and Conditions or Data Processing Addendum (DPA) and appendix technical and organizational measures (TOMs), select German or English.
- The PDF opens in a new tab. Use your browser's download option to save it.
Both documents are available in German and English. These are the documents for your community's coapp account. To manage the policies members see in your community, see Manage community legal policies.
Request payment by SEPA Direct Debit or bank transfer
In addition to credit-card payment, coapp can offer SEPA Direct Debit and bank transfer on request. Contact the coapp sales team at sales@coapp.io or use the customer-support chat in the web app.
Request a non-profit or volunteer-association discount
Discounts for non-profit organizations and volunteer associations are available on request. Contact the coapp sales team at sales@coapp.io or use the customer-support chat in the web app. Include enough information about your organization for the team to assess the request.
Cancel your coapp subscription
The billing manager opens Manage > Account, selects Manage Subscription, and uses the cancellation option shown for the subscription. The available timing and confirmation details depend on the current subscription.
If you cannot access the cancellation option or need help with the change, use the customer-support chat in the web app. Before canceling, export or retain any information your community needs and tell members about changes to their access.
