Event tickets in coapp
Tickets make participation explicit and help organizers plan around real attendance. Communities can use free tickets to coordinate limited-capacity activities or paid tickets to fund events, while participants receive a clear record of what they booked.
Ticketed events can offer multiple attendance categories with individual names, prices, VAT rates, quantities, cancellation notices, and terms. Tickets can be free or paid.
Only admins in communities with payments enabled can configure paid tickets. Other event organizers can offer free tickets. Paid checkout uses the payment methods enabled for the community.
Ticket holders can open My tickets, view ticket codes and statuses, download invoices, buy more tickets while the event is available, and request a refund when the cancellation conditions permit it.
