Check a member's booking credit usage
When a member cannot use the full booking credit they expect, check their booking history before changing the plan or resource. An earlier booking in the same billing cycle may already have used part or all of the available time or cash credit.
Who this is for
This guide is for community admins who investigate a member's available booking credit or help with a booking checkout.
Before you start
Confirm which membership plan the member uses and whether its resource benefit is configured as time credit or cash credit. You need community admin access to open the member account and booking history.
Review the member's booking history
- In the web app, select Manage.
- Select Community > Members.
- Search for the member by name or email address and open their member account.
- Select Bookings.
- In Booking history, find the relevant billing cycle, resource, booking date, and status. The history is grouped by billing cycle by default. Use the display menu to show an ungrouped list when that is easier to review.
- Open the column selector above the table.
- Add Used time credits when the plan includes a time allowance, or Used cash credits when the plan includes a monetary allowance.
- Review the values for the member's bookings. A value in either column shows that the booking used the corresponding plan credit.
Select a booking row to open its details. Compare the recorded usage with the credit configured for the member's plan in the same billing cycle.
Check canceled or refunded bookings
A canceled or refunded booking can remain in the booking history. Check Status and the available refund columns before deciding whether that booking explains the member's currently available credit. The booking history records credit usage and booking status; the membership plan remains the source for the configured allowance.
