Find privacy and data-protection resources
The current version of coapp's privacy policy is published on the coapp website. Use that policy for information about how coapp handles personal information.
Each community can also publish its own legal information. Community operators are responsible for the information and terms they provide to their members.
Publish your community's legal information
As a community administrator, select Manage > Settings and open Terms and conditions or Accessibility policy. Add the information that applies to your community and save it. See Add your community terms and accessibility policy for the complete steps.
Handle member data in the product
- Administrators can export the currently filtered member list as CSV from Manage > Community > Members. See Manage community members.
- Members can update their account details or, when eligible, permanently delete their own account. See Manage your account details or delete your account.
For a question about a specific community's data, contact that community's operator. For questions about coapp's privacy policy or product data handling that are not answered there, contact the coapp sales team at sales@coapp.io or use the customer-support chat in the web app.
