Encryption​

All application, customer, and user-generated data generated by coapp Software as a Service is encrypted at rest using the AES-256 algorithm. Learn about encryption at rest.

Backups​

coapp uses point-in-time recovery to back up application, customer, and user-generated data for the last 35 days. Data states from this period can be restored.

These backups are stored with Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the EU/Frankfurt region. See AWS's ISO/IEC 27001 certification for information about its security standards.

Customers do not have direct access to these backups. coapp provides backup data on customer request within a reasonable processing time and in accordance with the GDPR.
