Request a white-label mobile app
A white-label mobile app is a separately distributed iOS and Android app for one community. Members find the app under your chosen name and brand in the app stores and enter your community directly, without a community list or community selection.
Each white-label app requires manual setup through the coapp team. It is a paid add-on service with a one-time setup fee and additional recurring service fees. These charges are separate from Apple and Google account or store fees. The coapp team confirms the current pricing, included service, and expected timeline before setup begins.
Understand the member experience
The app is dedicated to one community. Members do not add, create, or switch between communities in the app.
Members can sign in on native app screens. If your community lets people start registration without an invitation, a new member can also complete a simple, free registration in the app. Paid registration, invitation-based registration, and registration with custom fields continue through your community's web registration flow.
These differences apply to account creation. After signing in, members can use the community content and actions available to their role.
Understand how the service works
This is a managed service, not a setting an admin can enable in the coapp web app. Your organization supplies and approves the required accounts, branding, store information, legal information, and review access. The coapp team manually configures the app and coordinates its technical release.
Your organization owns the Apple Developer and Google Play organization accounts and the app records created in them. It remains the legal publisher shown in the stores. Apple and Google make the final review and publication decisions, so approval and a specific publication date cannot be guaranteed.
| Your organization | coapp |
|---|---|
| Owns the store organization accounts and app records. | Prepares the technical app release in the customer-owned records. |
| Completes verification, pays store fees, and accepts store agreements. | Explains which minimum roles and app permissions are needed. |
| Supplies and approves brand assets, store copy, legal URLs, policy answers, and review access. | Configures the approved app identity and coordinates the technical submission. |
| Owns member support, moderation, legal compliance, and privacy requests. | Coordinates technical updates to the app release. |

The community owner can contact the coapp sales team at sales@coapp.io or use the customer-support chat in the coapp web app.
After the service scope and fees are confirmed, follow Set up your white-label mobile app. The guide covers the full process from assigning contacts and opening store accounts through branding, store review, and publication.
What members can use during setup
While your branded app is being prepared and reviewed, members can use the standard coapp mobile app. Once the branded app is published, share its store links and tell members which email address to use to sign in.
